Configure your Vixvvo account and customize every setting
Creating Your Account
Create your Vixvvo account with email and password:
Sign Up Steps
- Navigate to the Sign Up page
- Enter your full name
- Provide a valid email address
- Create a password (minimum 8 characters — must include uppercase, lowercase, and a number)
- Confirm your password
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Click "Create Account"
A verification email will be sent to your inbox. Click the link to verify, then log in.
Security Tip: Use a strong, unique password you don't reuse on other sites. The strength indicator will show you how secure it is.
Initial Configuration
When you first create your account, Vixvvo automatically sets up:
- ✓Free Tier: Your account starts on the Free tier with access to the calculator, model uploads, printer/filament/supply management, and more
- ✓Default Currency: Set to USD — change to any of 11 supported currencies in Settings
- ✓User Profile: Basic profile with your name and email, ready to customize
- ✓Secure Cloud Storage: All your data is stored securely in the cloud and synced across devices
Settings Overview
The Settings page has 7 tabs. Click on your profile or navigate to Settings from the sidebar to access them.
Profile
Name, email, phone, company, website, bio

Profile Tab
Configure your personal and business information in Settings → Profile:
Full Name
Your display name shown across the app (max 100 characters)
Email Address
Your login email — cannot be changed after account creation
Phone Number
Country code selector (40+ countries with flag emojis) plus your phone number
Company Name
Your business name for branding and invoices
Website
Your business website URL
Bio
Short description of your business or services (max 500 characters)
Security Tab
Protect your account in Settings → Security:
Change Password
- •Enter your Current Password — if you forgot it, click "Forgot Password?" to receive a reset email
- •Enter a New Password — a live strength indicator shows 5 levels from Weak to Very Strong
- •Confirm the new password — a live indicator shows whether the passwords match
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add TOTP-based two-factor authentication for extra account security:
- Toggle 2FA On
- A QR code is generated — scan it with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
- If you can't scan, copy the manual secret key displayed below the QR code
- Enter the 6-digit verification code from your app to confirm
- 2FA is now active — you'll need a code at every login
Important: Save your TOTP secret key in a safe place. If you lose access to your authenticator app, you won't be able to log in without it.
Notifications Tab
Control exactly which notifications you receive in Settings → Notifications. All toggles auto-save when changed.

Theme
Light, Dark, or System (follows your OS)

11 currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY, CAD, AUD, CHF, INR, MXN, BRL
Dashboard
Sidebar Revenue Display
Choose what revenue figure shows in the sidebar: All Time, Monthly, Weekly, or Today's Revenue
Inventory Alerts
Filament Low Stock Threshold
Grams remaining before a low-stock alert (default: 500g)
Supply Low Stock Threshold
Units remaining before a low-stock alert (default: 10 units)
Printing & Business
Electricity Rate
Cost per kWh for electricity cost calculations (default: $0.17/kWh)
Shipping Profiles
Manage reusable shipping profiles with carrier, service, and cost presets
Platform Fees
Configure fees for selling platforms (custom platforms, Etsy fees, percentages, flat fees)
Behavior Toggles
Show Print Queue Prompt
Ask to add items to the print queue when creating orders (on by default)
Calculator Advanced Mode
Show advanced options in the cost calculator (off by default)
Tip: Use the "Reset to Defaults" button at the bottom of the Preferences tab to restore all settings to their original values.
Workspace Tab
Monitor your cloud storage usage in Settings → Workspace:
- •Storage Used: Shows your current usage as a formatted size and progress bar
- •Color-Coded Bar: Blue when under 75%, yellow at 75–89%, red at 90%+
- •Total Limit: Based on your tier. Higher tiers get more storage (or unlimited)
- •Refresh: Click the refresh button to recalculate storage on demand
Billing Tab
Manage your subscription in Settings → Billing:
Plan Overview
See your current tier (Free, Starter, Scaling, or Business), monthly cost, next billing date, and subscription status.
Pay with Card (Stripe)
Subscribe via credit/debit card. Manage billing, view invoices, and cancel through the Stripe portal.
Connect via Patreon
Link your Patreon account to get automatic tier upgrades based on your pledge level.
Note: Alert banners will appear at the top if there are payment issues, an expiring subscription, or a declined Patreon payment.
Data & Privacy Tab
Manage your data in Settings → Data & Privacy:
Export Your Data
Download a copy of all your data. Available on paid tiers.
Danger Zone — Delete Account
Permanently delete your account and all associated data. You must type "DELETE" to confirm. This action is irreversible.
Warning: Account deletion removes all orders, clients, models, inventory, files, and settings permanently. Export your data first if needed.

After configuring your account:
- Add your 3D printers with accurate purchase price and power consumption
- Build your filament inventory with spool costs and stock counts
- Add supplies you use regularly (glue, nozzles, etc.)

- Create your first order and start tracking revenue
