About Tiers
Vixvvo offers four subscription tiers designed to grow with your 3D printing business: Free, Starter, Scaling, and Business. Start free and upgrade as you need more features and capacity. All paid plans offer both monthly and yearly billing, with 25% savings on yearly plans.

Etsy Integration Limits
Etsy integration is available on Scaling and Business tiers. The tiers differ in how far back you can import orders and how many you can import per month.

How Limits Work
- 📊Resource Limits: These count your current items (e.g., total orders, total models). They never reset — they reflect your live data.
- 🔄Monthly Limits: Calculator runs per month reset on your billing anniversary date (or the 1st of the month for free users).
- ⚠️Warnings: You'll see warnings when approaching limits (80%, 90%) and be prompted to upgrade when at the limit.
- ✓Downgrade Safety: If you downgrade, existing data is preserved — you just can't add more until you're under the new limit.
Upgrading Your Tier
Ready to unlock more features? There are two ways to subscribe:
Via Stripe (Recommended)
- 1. Go to the Pricing page or click any upgrade prompt in the dashboard
- 2. Choose monthly or yearly billing
- 3. Select your desired tier
- 4. Complete payment via Stripe checkout (credit/debit card)
- 5. Your account upgrades instantly
Via Patreon
Patreon supporters get automatic tier upgrades based on their pledge level. Connect your Patreon account in Dashboard → Settings to claim your benefits.
Tip: All paid plans can be cancelled anytime. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, credit is applied to your next billing cycle.
